Dodge has announced the names of the Dodge Caravan Kids minor hockey teams who won the top five prizes in its annual Dodge Caravan Kids photo contest.

Founded back in 2006, the Dodge Caravan Kids program is a joint partnership between FCA Canada and minor hockey associations throughout the country. "We truly appreciate the energy and creative spirit our Dodge Caravan Kids teams put forward each year for the photo contest," said Ed Broadbear, Vice President Marketing, FCA Canada, in a company statement.

The list of winners includes:

Approximately $4,500 in cash prizes was given to teams based on their rankings.

"For more than 30 years, our Dodge Grand Caravan minivans have played a key role in getting millions of hockey families to and from arenas throughout Canada," said Broadbear. "We are thrilled that our Dodge Caravan Kids sponsorship program helps kids further enjoy the sport, by making it a little more affordable to play."

The program provides $500 in funding and access for novice-level hockey teams around Canada. The automaker has provided over $6 million in funding to 12,000 teams and 180,000 kids since the program began.
