The new 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG V12 Roadster, expected to hit the U.S. market by November, is going to make its world debut at this year's New York Auto Show next month.

"The combination of exclusive V12 dynamics and cultivated roadster pleasure was already unique in the previous model. We are certain that, with the new SL65 AMG, we have developed a stunning high-performance automobile beyond compare for a small, but loyal fan base," says Mercedes-AMG GmbH CEO Ola Källenius.

Some of the striking features of the new SL65 AMG include all-aluminum lightweight body shell design which reduces fuel consumption, AMG SPEEDSHIFT PLUS 7-Speed transmission, and a 6-liter V12 biturbo engine that reaches 621 horsepower. The car can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph only takes 3.9 seconds with a top speed of 186 mph.
