"Beyonce" FTW: Acura Sound Tuner Elliot Scheiner Takes Home a Grammy

At last night's Grammy awards, singer and icon Beyonce took home the award for "Best Surround Sound Album," and she couldn't have done it without sound engineer Elliot Scheiner.

Scheiner is the award-winning producer responsible for tuning Acura's ELS-branded audio systems and for popularizing surround sound in automobiles.

"This is really humbling," Scheiner said at the 57th annual award show, which was held in Los Angeles.

It was a celebratory night for Beyonce, who was awarded the Grammy for her eponymous album, "Beyonce," in addition to "Best R&B Performance" and "Best R&B Song."

Scheiner's next automotive work will be showcased in Acura's 2016 ILX sedan, 2016 RDX sport-utility vehicle, and NSX supercar.
