Toyota Teases an Unexpected RND Concept

Is the above image our first look at Toyota's competitor to the Ford GT and Acura NSX? Is it the brand's next minivan or crossover sport-utility vehicle?

Frankly, we have no idea.

The image provides our first look at the Toyota RND, a concept car that the manufacturer plans to fully unveil at an auto show in the United Kingdom next week, on January 26.

Toyota released neither figures nor additional images of the mysterious concept car, but if it's anything like 2014's FT-1, our interest is piqued.

Watch this space for more speculation on the future Toyota, as well as images of the vehicle as they're released.
