Danica Patrick Ready to Pose Nude for ESPN’s Body Issue? NASCAR Rookie Says Maybe One Day (VIDEO)

Racecar driver Danica Patrick turned down the chance to appear in ESPN'S "The Body" issue once again this year, but the NASCAR Sprint Cup rookie did say she may consider it sometime in the future.

Patrick said recently she gets asked to appear in the magazine every year, but has so far declined just like she has for the body paint section of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue. While she has appeared in the Swimsuit Issue, she doesn't want to show anything more than that right now.

"I just never felt like that (ESPN issue) was something that I needed (or) wanted to do," Patrick said Friday at New Hampshire Motor Speedway according to Sporting News. "Any scantily clad has all been swimsuit stuff.

Sponsors have never told Patrick she should or shouldn't do the ESPN photo shoot, and her main sponsor, Go Daddy has repeatedly told her she's free to make her own decisions.

When asked if she would feel comfortable doing the shoot, Patrick said she has no problem with the way her body looks.

"Would I feel comfortable? Yeah, I'm sure it would be a little bit borderline," said Patrick at the press conference. "There's a difference to me between going to the beach and wearing a swimming suit and going to a beach and wearing nothing or paint."

While the Stewart-Haas racer may not be ready to do "The Body" issue just yet, Patrick won't rule out an appearance sometime in the near future.

"Artistically, I think it would be really fun," Patrick said according to Sporting News. "But it's not things that I need to do to push the issue with my brand. There's already enough stuff that I do that pushes that, so I'd rather stay in my full comfort zone than go that far.

What do you think of Patrick's chances of appearing in the magazine? Should she agree to the next issue or would it hurt her image too much?
