"The Sims 4" was just updated with the "Bowling Night" Stuff Pack, but as expected, it is not the last one. However, what fans did not anticipate is that the next DLC is in their hands. EA has put the responsibility of choosing what's to come next to the life simulation game in the hands of its players.

The Sims community is thrilled with EA's latest gimmick. Players have the chance to dictate which one they want to arrive next by voting here. There are important dates to remember as this is a long process that will take until fall.

Starting on April 3 and until April 6, players may vote on "The Sims 4" Stuff theme. Afterward, from April 10 to April 12, voting on the art style will commence. Voting for objects and clothing will run May 18 to May 21, and gameplay voting starts on June 23 and ends on June 26.

The voting for the next "The Sims 4" pack's icon and title will not start until fall. Exact dates for the poll period are yet to be announced.

Meanwhile, Simmers have five Stuff Pack candidates to choose from. There is the "Eco Living" stuff, which would bring new eco-friendly technology; "Starter Home" stuff, which would allow Sims to buy used stuff and space-saving furniture; "Arcade" stuff with entertainment and gaming items; "Dangerous" stuff, which would focus on the deaths; and lastly, "Wedding" stuff that would make weddings more special.

As "The Sims 4: Bowling Night" was just released, it is only expected that the next Stuff Pack will not arrive until much later. Judging by the timetable, it might be launched in fall this year. The next immediate DLC to arrive, though, is a Game Pack.

Sims may soon welcome pets into their virtual household with the impending launch of "The Sims 4: Pets." As of now, details about it are scarce, but dogs and cats are sure to be coming.
