Schumacher Health Situation

Doctors, family members and close associates of the former racer attending to him have refrained from making any sort of detailed presentation of his current health condition, thereby fuelling speculation as to what might be happening behind the scenes.

Some have even pointed out Schumacher is still very much in a critical condition and would require divine intervention to get out of it, FX News Call stated.

Ex-F1 Priest Weighs In

For instance, former F1 priest Don Sergio Mantovani recently said of the racer as one who believes in god even though he might have never been to the church. Mantovani further stated he knows quite a bit of Schumacher's health but won't reveal it all to the press to respect the racer's privacy.

The priest, however, admitted it has been sometime that he had met Schumacher and hence, he isn't aware of the most up-to-date information.

Gerd Kramer from F1 had earlier stated it would be nothing short of a miracle to see Schumacher regain full consciousness ever again, Movie News Guide reported. According to Kramer, the seven-time racing champion is paralysed, is unable to speak and is having trouble recollecting things as well.

Treatments to Continue, Hope Not Lost

Schumacher is being treated at his home in Geneva which has been transformed into a sort of an emergency response centre equipped to deal with all possible scenarios. Equipment needed for his treatment have also been made available to ensure he has the best possible treatment. Currently, a team of 15 highly trained heal professionals are attending to him round the clock.

Family sources had earlier reported the racing champ is responding well to treatments but hasn't confirmed if a full recovery is expected.

Schumacher has been bed-ridden with severe injuries to his brain ever since a ski accident suffered in 2013.
