The 2018 Buick Enclave, which is the car maker's largest, gets updated. Such updates give it a more athletic appeal that may come as a pleasant surprise. It is common knowledge that the Buick Enclave may not immediately be the majority's choice for such vehicle type, but should it be given much more attention?

Well, yes! The 2018 Buick Enclave features a more squared-off new body and an impressively more refined interior. To add to its athletic appeal, it comes with brand new fascia. Most of its updates are highly observed in its front. For one, the new grille is noticeable for being the same as that of Buick LaCrosse and other models.

There is also a new horizontal wing, which connects the emblem to the edges of the grille. The headlights are comparable to human eyes. If the eyes bear the human's soul, the headlights pretty much give the same effect to any vehicle. It makes it seem that it is piercing through everyone's eyes, making a direct eye contact.

With this said, the narrower headlights automatically stir things up a little bit more. It gives the SUV strength, depth, and athleticism to a certain degree. It also does have thicker silver garnish at the bottom of the doors which give it a little bit more class and style.

The 2018 Enclave is powered by a 3.6-liter V-6 engine, which is capable of 302-horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. This presents an interesting contrast to its power and capacity. The latest Enclave has a 14-horsepower increase, however, its torque has been reduced by 10 pound-feet.

The 2018 Buick Enclave gets a significant boost in terms of its towing capacity by adding 500 pounds more. To prove its power more, it can accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 7.2 seconds. This may not be too groundbreaking, however, note that this is a gargantuan SUV. For its size, such acceleration is pretty impressive.
