The all-new Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 is currently being developed based on the most recent 718 Cayman. With its recent performance, experts conclude that it is one exceptional ride. Interestingly enough, it is unsure if it serves as a replacement to previous-generation GT4 or as entirely new kind.

Picturing how the all new Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 would look like proves not to be a daunting task at all. Laurent Schmidt has rendered the car and it looks very nice. Well, "nice" is an understatement as it looked exceptionally attractive and aggressive because of its revised front and rear fascias.

Its engine is also expected to give a complete distinction from the old one. It may be a possibility for Porsche to introduce a new engine directly from the GT division. If so, it could be a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter of the facelifted 911 GT3. It will still be powerful producing 400-horsepower.

Recently, the all-new Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 has been spotted being tested at Nurburgring. The mule sighting solidified that it comes with an aggressive aero kit and a large rear wing. It also has cross-drilled brakes and extensions to the wheel arch lips.

There is an ongoing speculation stating that the latest 718 Cayman GT4 may also have RS badging. This may either be part of an upgrade pack or as standard. This speculation has yet to be commented on by Porsche.

The upcoming 718 Cayman GT4 is reported to come with an updated suspension system that makes its handling considerably better than its predecessor. There are also some visual updates, which are easily distinguishable from the current one.

The all new Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 is projected to make its official debut late this year, making its appearance in any of the upcoming motor shows. The upcoming 718 Cayman GT4 will not be mass produced as well. It is expected that Porsche will have its number limited and the exact figure has yet to be confirmed.
