Honda’s 2018 Odyssey Will Have Its Production In Alabama

The 2018 Honda Odyssey will have its production started at the Honda Manufacturing station in Alabama. Odyssey has marked its name to many Americans for the past seven years due to its great combination of style, functionality, and great features.

"This is a celebration for our entire Honda team of associates who have been committed to bringing an all-new, high-tech, family-friendly Odyssey to our costumers," explains HMA President, Mr. Jeff Tomko that the 2018 Odyssey production. "I Congratulate all of our associates for their commitment to quality for this new vehicle, which ushers in a new level of features and functionally with the goal of creating a new value for our customers." 

This 2018 Honda Odyssey will have some upgrades on its exterior design. The car is also now be equipped with a LED headlamps and taillights, a new front grille that features the Honda emblem, and an improved hood which is a bit changed compared to the previous one.

For the first time, the model will have an 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality. While on the second row of the car, it has a magic slide door that is perfect for a huge family. In addition, the 2018 Honda Odyssey is offering its buyers two all-new features, like Cabin Talk and Cabin Watch that allows the driver and front passengers to monitor the passengers at the rear seat through audio and camera that can be seen on the screen.

The company has pumped the new Odyssey's horsepower into 280 and an iVTEC V6 engine. It is also the world's first 10-speed automatic transmission which is at the same time, a front-wheel drive vehicle.

Honda has revealed the new model at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit last January 2017. As mentioned earlier, Honda is starting their production of the 2018 Honda Odyssey in Alabama and is expected to start its sales on springtime.
