Here Are The Ways Millennials Can Use The Toyota FT-4X For 'Casualcore' Adventures

The Toyota FT-4X is one that not only catches attention but holds it as well. The crossover has eye-catching corners and non-conventional colors that strike a chord with the millennials. But more than that, it promises to be a worthy companion in their travels.

The Toyota FT-4X has targeted the people who assure that their clothes, their hair, and even their food represent who they are. Called millennials, Generation Y not only cares about looks but also functionalities.

Aside from the minimalist design with bold colors, the Toyota FT-4X caters to a favorite hobby of millennials: going on mini adventures. The carmaker thinks that the crossover is a must-have for trips that it describes as "casualcore." True enough, it has the facilities of a great camping car.

First off is the striking tailgate. The hatch sports a black and white design that contrasts quite nicely against the orange theme of the car. And since Toyota assumes that millennials will stuff a variety of things back there, the tailgate has a "multi-hatch" feature that allows it to open upwards or outwards.

Inside the Toyota FT-4X, it is roomy enough to put a lot of camping equipment for the squad or to accommodate sleepy people. The floor of the cargo opens up to more space for clothes, for food, or for more equipment.

The Toyota FT-4X is also equipped with a lighting that can be removed. Once out of the car, it can be used as a flashlight. Another cool feature that is appropriate for "casualcore" camping is the standard sleeping bag. It fits nicely between the seats, which then makes it as an armrest when not in use.

There are also all-weather mats at the middle of the car where campers can store their wet clothes or muddy boots. The back part of the car is designed for holding cargo securely. A nice touch is that the floor can be pulled out to act as a tray or as a seat.

If those are not enough to convince the Generation Y that this is the car for their "casualcore" adventures, Toyota went ahead to include a GoPro Hero 5 Session into the side mirror at the driver's side. For now, the Toyota FT-4X is just a concept. Will millennials look forward to its release?
