Brabus 850 XL Widestar shares a lot of characteristics with the Mercedes-AMG GLS63. Both are considered potent. Both the 850 XL Widestar and GLS63 can also return some intense acceleration speeds for an SUV.
However, Brabus managed to somehow outdo GLS63 in terms of power and acceleration. The Mercedes-AMG GLS63 is intense at it can deliver 585 PS and can accelerate from zero to 62 mph in just 4.6 seconds. It can also reach a top speed of 250 kph.
On the other hand, the 850 XL Widestar is more potent and powerful for delivering 850 PS and can accelerate from zero to 62 mph four seconds faster at 4.2. This makes it as fast as the Mercedes-AMG A45. The Widestar can also reach a top speed of 300 kph or 186 mph which shares the same as Bentley Bentayga.
The Mercedes-AMG GLS63's exterior and interior are equally impressive and well-received by industry experts and enthusiasts. As Brabus' Widestar is patterned after the GLS63, its exterior and interior don't disappoint either. The Widestar gets a carbon fiber aero kit and 23-inch wheels. The interior also boasts of leather with gold accents combo for a more plush and classic look.

The Widestar also features two seat set up at the back which is something that luxury car buyers prefer. With this, it clearly is not a family SUV for its limited seating capacity and its intense speed and performance.
The Brabus 850 XL Widestar boasts of excellent handling as its shape is optimized in the wind tunnels which reduces lift on the front axles at high speeds. The side air intakes in the front bumper are also upgraded with tailor-made air deflectors with integrated LED side markers.
Both Brabus 850 XL Widestar and Mercedes-AMG GLS63 are top of its class. The Widestar may be patterned after GLS63 but it does have an identity of its own. In terms of power and speed, for instance, the Widestar clearly leads the way.
