The beastly Nissan GT-R is one police car that everyone doesn't want to mess with. Just one look at the new Nissan GT-R police car could cripple a lot of speeders with permanent anxiety. But good thing the car is just for auto show.

It's officially known as Police Pursuit #23 and nicknamed as the "Copzilla." The car was built by Nissan and will appear in the upcoming 2017 New York Auto Show. It's also been done up for the fictional Skyline Metro Police Department, a play on both the NY City Skyline and the fact that the car was once called the Skyline GT-R.

In addition to the police lights and push bar, the new Nissan GT-R police car features modified bodywork that is a part tuner, part Mad Max. The car also has one of the most over the top rear spoilers ever seen, plus flared fenders concealing monstrous wheels.

It measures 20 inches in diameter made of aluminum, but it's made to look like the steel wheels on most police cars. It also got spikes. Gold stripes accent the exterior of the GT-R, excellent police lights on the roof and in the front grille, a scrolling LED light bar and the Skyline Metro badge that is located on the hood and door panels.

Under the hood, it remains stock. It's powered by the same 3.5-liter biturbo V6 that produces 565 hp and 469 lb-ft of torque. An adjustable coil over have also been added to give the car a more stance look, while the wheels have been replaced with a set of 22-inch rims.

Furthermore, along with the new Nissan GT-R police car, the automaker will also bring its new GT-R Track Edition to the New York Auto Show, which carries a handful upgrades such as forged 20-inch aluminum wheels, a carbon fiber rear spoiler, and a Nismo-tuned suspension. The 370Z Heritage Edition will also be joining the lineup, which throws back to the iconic 240 that has a lot of exterior upgrades.
