Microsoft Xbox Project Scorpio is reportedly coming out sooner than expected. Reports are now circulating that the new console will most likely be introduced on April 6.

The upcoming Xbox Project Scorpio is allegedly revealed to a major gaming outlet. Reports also mentioned that the specs of the anticipated console have been scheduled to come out this week via an exclusive report.

Furthermore, the report mentioned that the Project Scorpio was showcased through the "Forza Motorsport 7" game. Apparently, the next console is reportedly set to be empowered with the new game title "Forza Motorsport 7." The new title is expected to run with Project Scorpio's 4k resolution.

Speculations claim the upcoming Scorpio will come with an impressive sleek design, which benefits from technology improvements on cooling. Gadgets enthusiasts are familiar with Microsoft's capabilities to launch powerful specs in small sizes so the compact design of the new game console will not be a surprise.

According to the report, the specs for the upcoming Project Scorpio may include the latest AMD Ryzen processor, if not an older version. Also, it is expected to run at 6 teraflops (TF), which makes it a better console than the Xbox One and its rival PlayStation 4 Pro running at 4.2 TF only.

In addition, the upcoming Xbox Project Scorpio will feature ESRAM from Xbox One which has 12GB of GDDR5 memory. Speaking of Xbox One, it was noted that all titles, except for VR, to be featured on Project Scorpio will also arrive on Xbox One, but with lower resolutions.

Aside from "Forza Motorsport 7," it was also mentioned that there are several first-party and third-party titles which are also expected to run with the new Scorpio. The list includes "FIFA," "State of Decay 2," "Crackdown 3," "Call of Duty" and "Madden."

Meanwhile, "Star Wars: Battlefront 2" and "Red Dead Redemption 2" are also reportedly coming to the new Scorpio. The former is expected as developers of the first "Battlefront" were also involved in the Project Scorpio whereas the latter is quite unexpected.

Microsoft has not released an official statement regarding the release date of the upcoming Xbox Project Scorpio. Fans are advised to take these speculations with a grain of salt.
