Aston Martin DB11 has already denied rumors that it will be launched at the 2017 Shanghai Auto Show. This reveal was made when news was circulated by several websites about its rumored launch in the said event.

Many believed that this DB9 successor will be seen in the upcoming show. But lo and behold, it will not happen. Several car review websites have already corrected their articles about the Aston Martin DB11 while some posted updates. These changes were made after they have been contacted by the company.

Meanwhile, car lovers cannot blame the public why they are so fascinated and thrilled to see this car. Aston Martin DB11 is rumored to be, generally, a lot faster and smarter than the DB9. One of the rumored upgrades is its V-8 engine. The DB11 will harbor a V-8 engine in partnership with Mercedes-AMG.
The twin-turbo V-8 is reported to generate a powerful 600 PS at full throttle. On the low end, it will generate 469 horsepower with a torque of 465 lb.-ft.

Aston Martin has experienced seven bankruptcies in the last 104 years. However, with a new management team headed by Andy Palmer who was pirated from Nissan, Aston Martin's fortunes might change for the better. Seven new Aston models are reported to be lined up for launch with the new CEO. That includes a number of sports cars and the brand's first sports utility vehicle and also the first electric, battery-powered car.

The DB11 is the first Aston Martin to hit the showrooms since 2014. However, there is still no update as to where and when will the Aston Martin DB11 be launched. Critics were hoping that the Aston Martin DB11 will generate more sales for the company, despite Aston Martin still registered earnings of £101 million in 2016 from £92 million in 2007.
