Goku together with the rest of his gang was sent back to earth. Chi-Chi welcomed them and even forces Goku to finish his meal. Chi-Chi was so excited for the birth of Bulma and Vegeta's second child that even though the baby is not delivered yet, she already made some meals to celebrate the upcoming birth.
Episode 83 of Dragon Ball Super showed how Son Goku tried to recruit Vegeta to join in the Tournament of Power. Unfortunately, he declined because he knows that Bulma is due to give birth according to Comicbook.
Vegeta wants to be there once Bulma delivers. But this made Son Goku frustrated knowing that the fate of Universe 7 is upon them. He cannot afford to lose in the tournament. With this in mind, he went out of his way to ask Whis for help. Whis and Beerus are willing to help Goku in making sure Vegeta is joining the team.
The 3 figured out that the only way Vegeta will join them is if he will be assured of an uncomplicated birth of their baby. With this in mind, Whis helped Bulma give birth early. It was amazing Whis was able to make the baby pop sooner than expected. This made Vegeta changed his mind and alas, he joined the team.
Vegeta had a hard time choosing the best name for the baby of the Saiyan without knowing that Bulma already had a beautiful name in mind. They named their daughter Bulla.
It's funny how the episode showed how doting father Vegeta is. Viewers saw how anxious he is while Bulma was exercising and how he was so concerned on his second child's birth that he almost gave up his slot for the tournament. Also, towards the end, Vegetta showed how he got mad at Trunks, his son for holding her sister incorrectly. The scene is very typical of a normal family.
Episode 84 will revolve around Son Goku still trying to complete his team for the Tournament of Power. Here he will persuade Krillin to join and he agrees instantly. However, another problem sets in. This time, Android/ No. 18 refused. This left Goku with no choice but to lie about the Tournament prize just to persuade her to allow her husband.
