Similar to Chevrolet, Jaguar Land Rover will be offering unlimited in-car data plan in the US. Jaguar cars will come with an AT&T data plan that costs $20 a month.

Actually, this unlimited in-car data plan will be optional to any Jaguar cars with InControl Wi-Fi feature. This new feature will enable eight passengers to simultaneously have an internet connection on their hand-held devices, reported Tech Crunch.

Aside from Jaguar Land Rover, other Jaguar cars like XE, XF, XJ and F-Pace can have this option. This also applicable to other company cars like Discovery, Discover Sport, Range Rover, Range Rover Sport and Range Rover Evoque.

The car band ranges for $38,690 to $66,645. Like what is aforementioned, it comes with different versions like the Discovery that can handle exploring unknown territories, reported Car and Driver.

Another version of the landmark car is the Discovery Sport and Range Rover that can be used for off-road driving, while the Range Rover Sport is a Jaguar car known for its agility. Lastly, there is the Range Rover Evoque that is known for its efficiency and wonderful car design.

Apparently, the cars all have antennas that can allow the best possible AT&T network connection in the US. This unlimited in-car data plan will forgo the network connection's usual 22GB limit, allowing users to have unlimited wifi connection.

According to The Verge, the unlimited data in-car plan will help families or working individuals to work on their car. The antenna that was mentioned earlier will be powered by a 4G LTE hotspot.

Since there is a boom in this kind of plan, there is an expectation for the new optional feature to be offered by a lot of major automakers. This will also give way to more cars that offer an unlimited in-car data plan. It is probably safe to assume that drivers can expect a demand for cars like the Jaguar Land Rover.
