Nintendo NES Classic Edition has left a massive trail of followers and the hype is at an all-time high as many still want to have their own copy of the retro console. And now, it seems Amazon and eBay got you covered. Meanwhile, stocks for its close relative, the newly released Nintendo Switch, have been unstable as of late. But we got you covered.

A recent report pointed out that the retro console was spotted on Amazon with more than 150 units in stock. The thing is it comes with a premium price tag. Instead of the retail price of $60, Amazon is selling the Nintendo NES Classic Edition at $160 inclusive of shipping fees. However, those specific units could have sold out by the time you are reading this article.

If you failed to catch the Amazon stocks, then you might get a bit luckier at eBay, which lists 10 available stocks of the Nintendo NES Classic Edition with a $144 price tag. As of this writing, there are available stocks on eBay with an average base price of $149.99.

Many have been frustrated at the slow pace of production from the Japanese video game company. According to Nintendo Of Life, Nintendo President Tatsumi Kimishima expressed that some parts of the retro console are difficult to obtain, but the company is committed to meet consumer demand, by enhancing their production.

Meanwhile, two weeks in since the Nintendo Switch's official launch, the hybrid console Nintendo Switch has also seen product shortages despite a successful launch. You can drop by nowinstock.net. This website tracks retailer stocks on every item, including the Nintendo NES Classic Edition.

Also, GameStop and Walmart often provide a week's worth of notice or so before the Nintendo Switch units go on sale. But according to Forbes, pre-order is available at GameStop. However, it is priced higher with a bundle.

For now, you might want to do some waiting and keep an eagle eye out for the elusive Nintendo NES Classic Edition and also the newly released hybrid console, the Nintendo Switch.
