2017 Toyota Avensis: Redesigned To Improve Performance

The 2017 Toyota Avensis truly fits the description of an elegant and reliable sedan for everyone. The car is anticipated to have a more aggressive look up front and a more comfortable interior with some extra safety features.

The overall look of the all-new 2017 Toyota Avensis has been redesigned and reinvigorated. The front bumper is now bigger, and the front hood looks longer. It will also come with new LED lights up front.

Taillights are now wider, longer and placed higher, which increased the safety and visibility of the car. With these minor changes, it gives an impression of more than just a family car. This model will also be receiving a new set of alloy wheels of sixteen inches, seventeen inches and eighteen inches which will attract more potential buyers.

On the inside, the 2017 model receives a much-improved interior. It sits on the high-quality Alcantara animal skin, which can provide a high-level of comfort. It will also come with a touch screen with numerous options for safe drive and entertainment. It will include navigation, dual-zone automatic air conditioning and crash warning application, and Bluetooth. The inside design has a more sharply cut and gives an impression of a divided front part of the car.

Under the hood, the new model will be offering four engine options. First is a 1.6-liter engine that produces 132 hp and 160Nm of force. Second is a 1.8-liter gas engine that produces 146 hp, and the 2.0-liter D-4D diesel that produces 153 hp.

Furthermore, fuel economy will depend on the type of engine. It's said that the new model can accelerate from 0 to 60 in 8 seconds. The 1.8-liter engine is available with a manual or automatic gearbox, while the diesel only comes with a conventional six-speed manual.

Trim levels of the 2017 Toyota Avensis will include the entry-level Active, Business Edition, Business Edition Plus, and range-topping Excel. Price will depend on the trim levels, but the car is expected to range from $17,000 to $25,000
