Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is considered one of the best tablet even with the rumored release of Microsoft Surface Pro 5 soon. The hype has been focused on the Surface Pro 5 that the spotlight is somehow taken away from the Surface Pro 4. Sure, Surface Pro 5 is allegedly way better than the Surface Pro 4, but why go crazy over something that is not even happening yet when there's one that is immediately available?

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is still a good tablet to be used even for 2017. According to Gadgets 360, the Surface Pro 4 comes with a 12.3-inch display with a resolution of 2736 x 1824 pixels at a PPI of 267 pixels-inch. It does come with 4GB of RAM and has 128GB of internal storage which is expandable by using a MicroSD card.

It also comes with an 8-megapixel main camera and 5-megapixels for the all-important selfie shooting front-facing camera. It does run on Windows 10 and ultra-portable with 292.10 x 201.42 x 8.45 measurement and only weighs 766 grams.

This is definitely one of the lightest laptops currently available in the market. However lightweight, the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is packed with power that can easily beat its competitors such as Apple's iPad. iPad is a great tablet to have, however, for those who prefer using Windows as the device's operating system, the Surface Pro 4 may be the best option.

On the other hand, according to Tech Radar, Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is rumored to come with a better and improved battery life. It is also expected to come with an even better and beefed up screen/display. It is rumored to be 4K compatible with a3840 pixels at the very least. This much-awaited tablet is also expected to be available in the market later this year, however, no official word has been released yet.

At the end of the day, anything related to Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is considered a rumor. Important leaks may have been released or made available but those are still non-conclusive. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is highly available and still favored by many of its users. It is understandable why such hype is directed towards the Surface Pro 5 as it is rumored to be a vast improvement from Surface Pro 4, however, Surface Pro 4 still serves its purpose.

Users are still giving the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 good feedback and reviews. It is still iPad's toughest competitor and continues to be. Microsoft Surface Pro 5 may not be released sooner than expected, so it may not make sense to wait for it. For those who are looking for a reliable and feature-packed tablet, Surface Pro 4 is still a good device to spend on. See if the video agrees with experts.
