The 2017 Ford Mustang is one well-made ride that Americans love according to experts. The Mustang still provides the necessary strength and power that it is known for. The iconic muscle ride has updates that even made it more exciting for car enthusiasts and industry experts alike.

According to The Car Connection, it has an overall rating of 7.3 out of a possible 10 points. It rated the highest in Performance and Features, both categories scoring 9. However, it was given a disappointing rating of 4 for its Comfort and Convenience. Even with a 7.3 rating, it is still the clear winner as compared to Chevrolet Camaro and Dodge Challenger.

The main update of the 2017 Ford Mustang is under its hood. The inline-4 available is an epic shift in terms of how Ford defines performance. The inline-4 delivers strong performance. This beast of a ride is also capable of producing 435-horsepower, all thanks to the GT's V-8 engine. It is even known to do even better when paired with a Performance Pack which includes limited-slip rear end, summer tires and Brembo brakes.

The 2017 Ford Mustang's fuel economy is also above average. However, there are issues with GT350. The latest Mustang also outclasses the previous models because of outstanding control, stability and tracking. The Mustang Convertible is also attractive especially with the Performance Package as well. The insulated cloth top boasts of a sleek character. Not only is it there for class, it is does have an awesome feature of blocking most of road noise.

As added by Motor Trend, the 2017 Ford Mustang's four engines are mated with six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission except for high performance GT350 and GT350R which exclusively has six-speed manual.

The Mustang V-6 is capable of producing 300-horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque with EPA-Rated Fuel Economy of 18/27 mpg. The Mustang Ecoboost is more powerful producing 310-horsepower and 320 pound-feet of torque with EPA rating of 21/27 mpg. As the engine gets higher, so does its power as that of Mustang GT for producing 435-horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque.

The most powerful of all the 'Stangs is its GT350 and GT350R for being insanely capable of 525-horsepower and 429 pound-feet of torque. This has yet to be one of the most powerful for vehicles of its kind.

The 2017 Ford Mustang also has standard and optional features including Ford's Sync 3 multimedia interface with CarPlay and Android Auto integration. It also boasts of a 12-speaker Shaker premium audio system alongside leather upholstery, heated and ventilated front sport seats with power adjustment.
