The 2017 BMW i3 94Ah BEV is the newest addition to BMW cars. People tend to be amazed by its battery power and stunning new look.

The 94Ah in its name is not there for nothing. It is the amount of power its battery contains, beating the original i3 that only has 60Ah.

Despite the new car's design remaining unchanged, it still has the same space between the aluminum and carbon fiber reinforced plastic chassis. Its power can be found in the rear wheels with the electric motor located underneath the rear seats, Drive reported.

The 2017 BMW i3 94Ah BEV also has a redesigned lithium-ion battery package that is better than its predecessor. It has 33kWh energy output that is greater than the 22kWh of the previous specification.

Aside from that, BMW is also offering the car with ranges extender petrol engine. This can allow the car to have a total range of 390 km with the addition of a 660cc two-cylinder engine that acts as its generator.

The BMW also has a charging cable with an optional in-garage Wallbox. The Wallbox can cut the charging time by 50 percent but it still requires six hours charging to 80 percent capacity from empty.

It is eco-friendly and has an impressive performance. It has a 250Nm of torque that can be bought immediately.

According to Cars Guide, the BMW is an interesting looking car. It has a conservative shape but looks unusual up close.

They reported that wheels are concept car-like with regenerative brake arrangements that are visible through the spokes. It also has an electric blue design that can get the attention of any buyer.

The site applauds the 2017 BMW i3 94Ah BEV because it manages to become an attention getter without going overboard. They explained that its buyer will not feel awkward in driving the car.

Just recently, Automotive News reported that BMW has been in the spotlight when it signed an agreement that installs Mobileye's data generation technology to its cars starting from its 2018 models. Before that happens, car enthusiasts can marvel at the 2017 BMW i3 94Ah BEV that can be bought for around $65,900.
