2018 Toyota Camry And Camry Hybrid Unveiled At CIAS With Advanced Safety Systems And Luxurious Yet Sporty Image

The 2018 Toyota Camry alongside its Camry Hybrid version has recently made its debut at the Canadian International Auto Show this weekend. The new vehicles boast of its advanced safety systems as well as its luxurious yet sporty image.

Toyota has unveiled its latest flagship, 2018 Toyota Camry and Camry Hybrid at the CIAS which opened its doors on February 17. Car enthusiasts may check out the new vehicles at show's venue, which is at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

Toyota Canada Inc. vice president Stephen Beatty discussed in the event more details about the company and the new flagships. Stephen Beatty shared that the company's desire to constantly progress towards a better future and bring such advancement to their customers are the main factors that have shaped the vision of the automaker.

Stephen Beatty emphasized that the new vehicles on display do not just boast of its advanced safety systems. According to the vice president, the new models they are introducing also offer features to provide peace of mind and convenience, NewsWire reported.

The 2018 Toyota Camry and its hybrid version boast of its impressive new design. It has now-standard safety features with sophistication.

The new models use the Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA). This architecture is the latest strategy that the automaker is utilizing in the design and engineering of its upcoming vehicles.

The goals of TNGA focus on providing more dynamic, sportier yet enjoyable driving experience from its new vehicles. All these factors are evident in the new Camry.

The new Camry has a sleeker profile and a sporty yet luxurious image. The vehicle sports emotionally-designed cabin, without discounting practicality.

The new models also run with the standard Toyota Safety Sense P (TSS-P). This is the latest multi-feature safety package from Toyota which includes Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC), Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection (PCS w/PD), Automatic High Beams (AHB), and Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist (LDA w/SA).

The 2018 Toyota Camry is coming in five various grades, the L, LE, XLE, SE and XSE, together with three new powertrains. In addition, the 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid is coming with the next-generation hybrid system, THS II. Meanwhile, the automaker has announced that the company has reached a 10-million-sold mark for its hybrid vehicles.
