2017 Acura MDX: A Mid-Size Crossover SUV From Honda's Powerhouse Line-Up This Year

Acura is the marque of the Japanese automobile company, Honda. They've been known globally for long years now as a marketer of luxurious and high-performance vehicles. Another on their power list is the 2017 Acura MDX.

The Acura MDX has always been a top choice when it comes to a mid-size SUV. Aside from its firm reputation and reliable work, it is a practical alternative.

This sporty three-row crossover SUV that offers seats to seven heads has gone through several upgrades from the looks. A new change includes a new headlight and grille styling on the front end. The latest standard equipment that this car will offer to the market this year is the electronic parking brake, capless fueling, auto high beams, AcuraWatch for an effective safety aid which was optional in previous versions, and additional USB ports for connectivity.

The 2017 Acura MDX is available in three trim levels, the Standard, technology, and Advance. All trim levels are made with a powerful 3.5-liter V6 engine. It can provide a horsepower of 290 and a torque of 267 lb-ft. The engine is matched with an automatic transmission in nine-speed that can handle a front or an all-wheel drive. With its upgrades and some additional features, this car can't be ignored.
