Nowadays, leaks are inevitable in the modern gaming industry, take for example PS4 Pro and Microsoft Scorpio. Currently, an internal document listing about Nintendo Switch's graphics and hardware leaked on the internet. The report discusses the information NX's fans have been wanting to hear from Nintendo themselves. But, these listings are still to be confirmed. Thus, readers should take each information with a grain of salt.

Nintendo Switch GPU and CPU. As reported previously by AWN, the Switch's CPU will be a quad-core ARM Cortex-A57 with a maximum speed of 2 GHz, an L2 cache of 2MB, and capable of running ARMv8 64-bit instruction set. According to Shacknews, game devs can only utilize three cores. Thus, the remaining will is reserved for system-level functions. The Switch's GPU will be the 2nd gen NVIDIA Maxwell with a 256 CUDA cores. The graphic chip used has a maximum speed of 1 GHz and the capacity of running 1024 GigaFlops per cycle, a texture rate of 16 pixels per cycle, and a fill rate of 14.4 pixels per cycle.

Regarding display, Nintendo Switch will exhibit a 6.2 inches IPS LCD screen with a 720p resolution. A 10-point capacitive multi-touch capability and built-in brightness sensor are included. The Switch is set up to 1080p at 60FPS at launch, but the source suggests that it is also ready to run 4K UHD at 30FPS. Game Devs can utilize the display without limitation, but during its release, all games are set up to 1080P at 60FPS.

The Switch Audio output runs at 192kHz with a 24-bit 7.1 channel sound. Meanwhile, NX's portable speakers are capable of running stereo sound of 48kHz, 6-bit, and two channels. The Switch will have a 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM with a bandwidth of 25.6 GB/s. Game Devs can only utilize 48kHz, 16-bit, 5.1 channel sound output, 3.25 GB of RAM at launch. But, the report claims that an update will soon allow Switch to maximize the total 4 GB.

Nintendo Switch Storage, Networking, Connectivity. The Switch will support microSD, SDHC, and SDXC cards. A 32 GB built-in internal storage will also be available. The console will also have a Wi-Fi functionality of IEEE 802.11 with a/b/g/n/ac compatibility. These Wireless Lan chip can be utilized whether on dock or portable mode. Lastly, the Switch features two USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports.

As to the document signed date, July 2016, it is a big question why this unknown personnel decided to drop a secret development information. This information undoubtedly affects the trust developers are banking on the Switch, and it may end up to an unwanted decision.
