2018 Audi A1 Much Bigger And More Luxurious According To Reports; Best Of The Best Upon Release

The New Year 2017 was just ushered in and already talks about the best cars for 2018 are already in place. Audi is definitely one of those who offers a sneak peak of its upcoming 2018 Audi A1. It has not been officially released but it is already considered as the best car to have for 2018.

According to Car Advice, the 2018 Audi A1 is expected to do exceptionally well in the market as it gets officially released in time for 2018. The all-new A1 is expected to have its official release sometime is 2018 under Volkswagen Group's MQB platform which also is used and supports the soon-to-be-released Q2 SUV and Volkswagen Polo.

It is also expected that the new A1 wheel is bigger as it measures 2560mm over the current car. The cargo space is also expected to be roomier which can accommodate around 300-liters. The design is also expected to be an improved version following an evolutionary design. It is reported to sport sharper lines compared to the current previous models released.

 

The 2018 Audi is more likely to adopt the same design and technology as the A4, Q7, R8, and TT. All these feature cutting edge design and sharper lines for sleeker appeal and classic feel. To add to its already appealing state, the signature hexagonal grille will be one of the focal points of A1. It also has sharper headlights which come with all-new LED daytime daytime-running light signature.

The MQB platform is also expected to bring a new range of engines which includes a better version of the current 1.0-liter three-cylinder turbo together with Volkswagen Group's EA211 1.5-liter TSI four-cylinder turbo.

According to Auto Express UK, the A1 will benefit from a more hi-tech makeover which will carry the company's latest multimedia systems. It is also reported that it will have a plush interior enough to rival that of bigger cars.

 More news regarding the 2018 Audi A1 will be provided soon enough. It will come in the smaller version of Volkswagen Group's MQB platform making it entertaining to drive. Though it is eleven more months before 2018, many are excited and in full anticipation for the release of this new hatchback.
