HTC Phone's Alleged Secondary Display Surfaces Hours Before HTC's Event

Popular smartphone company, HTC will hold an event on January 12. During the event, the company will showcase some of their latest smartphones and there are reports that some of them will have a secondary display.

According to Techno Buffalo, images of one of HTC's smartphones surfaced on the internet that features a secondary display. The display screen can be found in the top-right part of the phone's screen. The speculated mobile device is dubbed as "Ocean Note", who sports the secondary display feature.

This feature is not necessarily new because the LG V20 also has this. In LG V20's second screen, it displays information that is usually hidden in most of the android devices. The HTC Ocean Note will come in four different colors: black, blue, rose gold, and white.

The HTC Ocean Note will be one of the high-end phablets available in the market. The phablet will feature a 6-inch display screen and a 16-megapixel camera. It will also include 4GB RAM, 10nm Snapdragon 835 processor, 4,000 mAh battery, and a 64GB internal storage. Since the reports just surfaced on the internet about Ocean Note's secondary display, there is no further information said about it. It's best for HTC fans to tune into the event tomorrow for more information about the secondary display.

Alongside Ocean Note, other HTC smartphones will also be revealed on January 12. The HTC U Play named Alpine and One X10 will be showcased during the HTC event. The HTC Alpine will feature a 5.2-inch display screen with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. As for the One X10, it will have a 5.5-inch display screen, 3GB RAM, and 32GB internal storage. The phones are speculated for release sometime during the first quarter of 2017. The HTC event will be live streamed at 3 am ET through the company's website.
