Nintendo Switch News: Pokemon Alleged New Version For Switch Confirmed? 'Suda51,' And 'The Next Penelope' Aims Switch Opportunities

Today, GameStop has revealed possible indication for Pokemon's alleged new version for Nintendo Switch. Also, more and more game developers are looking forward to great opportunities in the Nintendo Switch platform. With Switch's near forthcoming, no wonder it is a hot topic today.

GameStop, one of the most popular retailers in the gaming industry hinted millions of Nintendo fans about the possibility of Pokemon's upgraded version for Switch to be true. GameStop says gamers can play "Pokemon at home" with Nintendo Switch. This reference caused a huge buzz in the Nintendo Community saying the alleged upgraded Pokemon Sun and Moon version for Switch are indeed true.

Reports claimed that the said GameStop product description was taken down after it created a huge buzz. There is still no comment from GameStop regarding this concern. A Twitter user named Stealth confirmed that the said product description is still available and can be viewed at gamestop.com/switch.

Meanwhile, Game Developer "Suda51" is looking for great opportunities in tapping into the switch platform. Suda is one of Japan's most popular game designers and is the creator of game titles such as No More Heroes, Lollipop Chainsaw, The Silver Case, and Killer7.

"I want one. Nintendo always makes really cool, interesting hardware that gives us new things to do. On the Wii, not to brag, but I feel that I made a game [No More Heroes] that used that Wii technology in one of the best ways. I want to find a cool new way to play using what Switch offers," says Suda.

Suda's comments on Switch adds to the hype. With his approval and interest on the Switch's platform surely predict a bright future for the hybrid console.

Game Title News. "The Next Penelope" cancels Wii U version and aims to launch a Switch version instead. The underlying issue of porting the HTML5 title to Nintendo's console caused developers to cancel Wii U version. But, game creator, Aurélien Regard says that his communication with Nintendo of Europe is positive the reason a Switch version could be a possibility.
