The Nintendo Switch controller has a screen just like its predecessor. Graphics are powered by the Nvidia Tegra chip which is expected to provide high-quality video resolution comparable to the Microsoft's Xbox One.
The Nintendo Wii U which came before the Nintendo Switch was criticized for having too short a battery life. Nintendo reacted by releasing a high-capacity battery pack that enabled gameplay on the Wii U to last up to 8 hours. It is not clear yet if Nintendo will be doing the same for its newest product.
