A few months ago, Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak bluntly proclaimed that the Chevrolet Bolt EV is better than the Tesla Model S. Now he wants to take it back, believeing that the Tesla Model S is the truly superior car. He recently bought his second unit of the Model S to prove his loyalty to it.

Steve Wozniak is an idol for technology lovers. He is the co-founder of Apple and is always looking for the latest technology, so it is not surprising that this philanthropist stirred controversy when it came to the most technological and environmentally-friendly car, the Tesla Model S, and one of its main competitors on the market, the Chevrolet Bolt EV.

Months ago, as reported here at AutoWorldNews, he bluntly stated in his Facebook account that the Tesla Model S has a lot of flaws and that all those flaws had been resolved by the Chevrolet Bolt EV. He even went as far as saying that people should choose cars based on their ability and not just because the brand is making a buzz.

This prompted a debate among his followers in different social networks, according to Fool.com. Which one is truly better: Tesla Model S or Chevrolet Bolt EV? Tesla Model S is a luxury sedan costing more than $100,000 while the Chevrolet Bolt EV has a humble price of around $30,000.

But times have changed, and Steve Wozniak wants to take back everything he said and prove that he did wrong by buying his second Tesla Model S. Included were all the restyling and upgrades, as reported by Motor1.

The Tesla Model S comes out on top of every possible car battle for Wozniak. In terms of autonomy, it has greater than 500 km and more than 750 fast loading stations located around the world. The Chevrolet Bolt complies with 383 km of autonomy. The former also handily beats the latter in terms of its performance: the Tesla Model S P100D with Ludicrous Mode is able to run as fast as a Bugatti Veyron .

Steve Wozniak, however, is still impressed by the Chevrolet Bolt EV and said that it should be taken seriously in the EV market. It has many great things going on and some are even better than Tesla Model S, he said. But if money is no problem, then the Model S is the proper choice.
