Kylie Jenner's boyfriend and rapper, Tyga, is under fire after allegedly failing to pay for his luxury Ferrari car.

The situation got worse as rapper is currently being sued because of it. Before this ordeal, Tyga has had two Ferraris repossessed. It looks like the 27-year old and his love for luxury cars will get him in legal troubles.

The lawsuit was allegedly filed by a certain Alex Benedict, according to entertainment news show, TMZ. He was once bullied on the Internet for allegedly giving his girlfriend a hand-me-down car during her birthday, which was originally meant for former girlfriend, Blac Chyna.

The Ferrari in question is a Ferrari 488, according to a report by Daily Mail. The said Ferrari 488 was repossessed in August when Tyga failed to pay the luxury car's cost. There was also a commotion during that time as Tyga's team opposed the repossession, so the rapper was able to retrieve his Ferrari back.

But after a few months, Tyga's love-hate relationship with his Ferrari caused him a lawsuit. The basis of this case is an alleged document that says Tyga was supposed to return the vehicle by Oct. 9, which he obviously failed to do so.

The repossession occurred on Nov. 8, according to TMZ. Tyga is now left with no Ferrari and a lawsuit claiming $150,000 in damages. By the looks of it, Tyga is in some money trouble. However, his lifestyle opposes the facts.

Last August, the rapper gifted his famous Kardashian girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, with a Maybach Mercedes. This triggered speculations as to how the rapper, with some imminent money problems, could afford a car that the most basic model goes for $190,000, according to a report.

Before Tyga's Ferraris were repossessed, the rapper already had troubles with his other expensive cars ---including a 2013 Mercedes G-Wagon, a Bentley, and a 2013 Lamborghini Aventador.
