Nico Rosberg finally brings home his first F1 World Championship Award in the recently concluded 2016 F1 World Championship, which was held at at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix podium. After ten long years since joining the race in Formula 1, he successfully bagged home the top spot over Lewis Hamilton.

History repeats itself for the son on this prestigious event. 34 years ago, Nico Rosberg's father, Keke Rosberg, also bagged the same title in the Formula 1 racing field. Though Rosberg ended up second in the race this year after Lewis Hamilton, he bagged home nine out of the 21 races that gave him 5 advantage points over Hamilton.

The racing track offered surprising twists and excitement to audiences watching the entire competition; they say life goes not with any drama; and so does Abu Dhabi Grand Prix event. Noticeably, majority of F1 enthusiasts rooted for Lewis since he was leading in the mainstream.

Although there were some calculated pacing as Lewis approaches the end of the race, the strategy still made both Lewis and Rosberg finish ahead from their close F1 competitive races such as Max Verstappen and Sebastian Vettel, according to Autoblog's post.

Lewis humbly congratulates his team mate; Rosberg said, "32 wins bagged home by the team is more than enough to give honor and appreciation back to all the team members, as well as those hard-working people at the backend, to make the success into another record-breaker in the history of F1 racing."

After the event, BBC reported about the reasons why Rosberg won. Discussions on the mechanical misfortune and reliability of Hamilton's car brought Rosberg home with the championship award. But as a smart and competitive racer, Rosberg maximized his efforts on Hamilton's technical issues, particularly sorting out his GP and making his consistency swift enough to end up second in the race.

Truly deserving as the champion, this young racer passionately offered his first F1 Championship title to Alaϊa, his daughter, and Vivian, his wife.

Hands up to the newest 2016 Formula 1 Champion, Nico Rosberg!
