Gears of War 4 Will Be a Big Yes to Split Screen

An awful pattern in the game business these most recent couple of years has been the lack of split-screen mode. Some that have been expecting Gears of War 4 may have dreaded the same.

However, there's confirmation that Gears of War 4 will bolster split-screen.

Gears of War 4's center battle will permit two players to enjoy the game all the way in split-screen. The main player (first player) will dependably be in control of Marcus Fenix's child JD (the protagonist), though the second player will be entrusted with picking regardless of whether they need to play as JD's youth companion Del Walker or Kait Diaz.

All three heroes will stick together for the greater part of the game, but in the storyline, as in past Gears of War titles, at some point of the game they will split up with each other. And this may be the reason that the story will have little differences in the event that the second player played as Kait or Del.

Nevertheless, it's decent to see that the game won't abandon the custom of split-screen in its traditional mode. A few fans may have been concerned that it would have walked out on split-screen fans, particularly after Halo 5 didn't have split-screen, so it's awesome that the fans will be consoled well before the game hits store racks.

What isn't at present known now, however, is if the versus multiplayer part in Gears of War 4 features the multiplayer mode online too. The previous Gears of War titles have upheld nearby multiplayer no matter how you look at it, but it would certainly be bizarre for Gears of War 4 not to do as such as well. We will most likely take in more about that at whatever point the game's multiplayer usefulness is uncovered.

Gears of War 4 will be accessible soon - primary release on October 11, 2016, on Xbox One and Microsoft Windows.
