A tiny red sports car ended up going over the wrong side of a Seawall Boulevard in Galveston, Texas on Wednesday evening.
Police say that the driver of the red Audi convertible was not seriously injured when he drove over the seawall located near 86th street. However, he did drive recklessly, having hit two vehicles before crashing straight to the sea, according to ABC 13 Eyewitness News.

Prior to the red Audi convertible landing ashore, it had originally been driven erratically around the boulevard, before veering into a truck and a street sign that resulted in debris flying and spreading like wildfire.
But it was what happened afterwards that left a witness completely shell-shocked when she saw the driver of the red Audi convertible getting on top of the car and began taking all of his clothes off.
"He got in the water and started swimming," Deborah Mudry said. "He even started doing backstrokes. I thought he was suicidal, but I think it was something else."
The spokesperson for the Galveston Police Department Michael Gray has identified the driver as 42-year-old Dennis Backman. Backman has been cited with Class C misdemeanor citations, which includes evading arrest.
Backman was also taken to a hospital for checking because of his erratic behavior, such as driving off the seawall and taking his clothes off. Mudry says she and her family were looking at property in the area and wishes to continue the dreaming of having a home with a beach side view.
"But I don't want that kind of view again," Mudry stressed, referring to Backman stripping off his clothes and diving into the water.
That wasn't the only mishap that took place at sea this week, as two men were rescued after making a distress call when their boat began to sink six miles from Galveston. None of them suffered any form of injuries, according to Click 2 Houston.
