The automobile industry celebrated the Monterey Car Week last week where many news and events were seen as well as spectacular car. Among them were several auctions of classic and new cars such as the sale of a matte black laferrari which final price reached about 4.7 million dollars, a record breaker for the make of this car.

The hybrid supercar Laferrari remains one of the most desired jewelry and everything suggests that its value will continue to grow. In fact, before the auction it was thought that the price of the satin black laferrari will only reach about 3.9 million and it exceeded the estimate. The reason is that it is one of only three units of the "Cavallo Infernale series" that are painted in striking matt black Nero Opaco DS . This will be enough to differentiate it from most of LaFerraris, which are the characteristic red color of the brand.

In addition to the body, the black tone also extends to the tires, which comes with contrasting brake calipers red. The changes goes beyond the inside of the car, with a black leather and red accents. This laferrari is in perfect condition and has only 211 miles (339 kilometers) on the odometer. Practically brand new.

But why this LaFerrari could be the last, at least for a long season. Auction houses Mecum and RM Sotheby's are very clear at this point that they will present and auction the LaFerrari Aperta and the LaFerrari coupe in the near future. Also, even before it was officially presented the convertible version of the LaFerrari Aperta, is already being offered for $ 5.1 million. This is double its listed price before leaving the factory, which is encouraging other collectors to bid strongly for the rest of the units to be built.
