Cars are varied and the features and specs differ as well. In line with that, looking at some of the best and worst car brands in the US can set the pace and promote awareness for consumers and any car enthusiasts out there.

It has been reported by Car Scoops that Audi topped the list, followed by Subaru, Lexus, Porsche, BMW, Mazda, Buick, Toyota, Kia, Honda, Hyundai, Volvo, Mini, and followed by Mercedes-Benz, which fell to the 14th place.

Other noted brands that were listed by the same post are Volkswagen tagging behind Mercedes, followed by Ford, Lincoln, Scion, Acura and Chevrolet has beaten Nissan. As for the remaining 9 worst cars brand, these are Infiniti, GMC, Cadillac, Dodge, Chrysler, Land Rover, Mitsubishi, Jeep and finally the Fiat.

Meanwhile, another report rendered by USA Today has revealed how consumers choose cars these days. Elements such as brand loyalty, asking price, and even the customer service have the potential to impact American buyers as they decide to purchase their cars.

Based on the report given by the same post, it has supported the previous list and placed Audi at the top spot. The decision was weighed on the Consumer Reports that gave an overall quality grade of 80. Also, other considered factors are the weighing of the J.D. Power problems per 100 vehicles and Audi got 134. In terms of sales, for 2015 alone, it was able to garner 202,202 sold cars while other records revealed 2014-2015: 11.1 percent sales were noted too.

While the remaining power five, Subaru, Lexus, Porsche, BMW, and Mazda have been gauged in the same manner that Audi has been weighed. Although the figures may vary from time to time, the awareness of these cars can help consumers in their decisions to purchase their own cars to partner with in their travels and in their leisure.
