The Porsche Design Tower In Miami Has An 11-Car Garage On The 57th Floor Penthouse

The new Porsche Design Tower in Miami is getting a lot of attention lately. The luxurious building is particularly making waves as the first drive-in residential skyscraper in the world.

The 57-storey building features an automated car elevator lift system, which allows the supercars and luxury vehicles of the rich and famous to move from the lobby to the private sky garage linked to their apartment. The Porsche Design Tower Penthouse, located on the 57th floor, even showcases an 11-car garage.

“You don’t have to leave your car until you are inside your apartment,” said Juergen Gessler, CEO of Porsche Design Group.

Upon reaching the circular steel and glass structure, they can enjoy the oceanfront view while going up to their private residence via a glass elevator while sitting in their car. The drive-in car elevator was patented and labeled “Dezervator.” The building is the very first in the United States by the Porsche brand and is set to be completed in June 2016.

Pursuitist reveals that the car-focused tower is located in Sunny Isles Beach in Florida and will open late in 2016. The penthouse the best area in the building, which spans 16,915 feet and set on four levels. The special penthouse boasts of full-length windows, a private interior elevator and 20-foot ceilings. Aside from the giant in-unit garage that can house as many as 11 vehicles, the user can also opt to have a bar and living room.

The penthouse has a living-dining area, a family room, four en suite bedrooms and a beautiful modern kitchen. The outdoor space of the residence has a couple of private pools. One is found on the rooftop while another is on the terrace. The penthouse also features two balconies and two summer kitchens that provide unobstructed views of Miami. The Porsche Design Tower penthouse is currently priced at $32.5 million.

There will be 132 total units in the building, according to Design Tower Miami. The unit sizes range from 4,300 to 16,000 square feet and prices begin at $6.2 million. Regular units can display up to nine cars while there are extra spaces available at additional costs. The building also features a wide array of amenities like a movie theater, ballroom, spa, game room with race car simulations and gardens.

Business Insider reports that at least 22 billionaires already bought units at the Porsche Design Tower.
