Lexus debuted its next GS F performance sedan this morning at the North American International Auto Show. The car was designed to offer occupants its latest technology, a unique exterior design and plenty of leg room.

What is it?

The GS F rolled into the Detroit Auto Show today with four doors and enough space to fit five adults comfortably. The sedan combines a luxury cruiser with the handling of a sports vehicle and is the latest model to join the "F" lineage that started in 2008 with the IS F sedan.

What's new or changed?

The automaker drops its 476-hp 5.0-liter V8 into the GS F and links it up with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

The GS F has four different driving mode options: Normal, Eco, Sport and Sport S+.

Other upgrades include a torque vectoring differential, which will direct traction between the rear wheels for a level of comfort or performance. Structural reinforcements for a stiffer body and high-speed maneuvering and 19-inch wheels are also standard.

Can I buy it?

Lexus has not revealed pricing yet or when it will be available for purchase.
