Bentley Smartphone Features iPhone 6-Like 4.7-Inch Display (PHOTOS)

British manufacturer and phone retailer Vertu has partnered with Bentley Motors for a five-year deal to make luxury handsets.

The luxurious "Vertu for Bentley" smartphone will be available for a limited time, as only 2,000 units will be sold via the company's boutique stores.

The smartphone is priced at a staggering 12,500 euros or $15,854 USD. The new, uniquely named handset is an exclusive version of the ultra-luxurious Signature Touch smartphone.

Interested customers can expect the smartphone to come embellished with a diamond pattern on top of a quilted calf leather exterior. The device will come in Bentley's classic Newmarket Tan hue, and Bentley's brand logo is embossed on the device as well.

The logo can be found below the display of the smartphone, according to photos released this week and the video posted below.

"The unmistakable Vertu for Bentley has a knurled, Grade 5 titanium casing and a sleek quilted trim to match Bentley styling," said Vertu in a statement this week. "With a Grade 5 titanium, engine-turned back plate, echoing Bentley's instrument panel, this edition also carries a forged metal winged Bentley badge and contains exclusive Bentley content."

Vertu for Bentley is powered by a quad-core (Qualcomm Snapdragon 801) processor, clocked at 2.3 GHz.

It features a 4.7-inch display with 1080p screen resolution and 473ppi pixel density. The device is covered by the now-famous sapphire crystal for protection and offers a solid 64 GB of built-in memory.

Other features include NFC support, a 13 MP rear-facing camera unit along with dual-LED flash and a 2.1 MP Skype-compliant secondary camera.

The upcoming device is equipped with a Li-Ion 2275 mAh battery and runs on Android's 4.4 KitKat OS. They battery helps provide up to 15 hours and 30 minutes of talk time and 380 hours of standby time.

A matching complimentary slip case, wall charger with regional plugs, microUSB cable, polishing cloth, stereo handset and nano-SIM card adapter are also included.
