The 2015 Jaguar XK Final Fifty Limited Edition model will reach U.S. dealerships early this fall, according to Jaguar Land Rover.

The new model will mark the end of the XK production.

The automaker made the announcement at the 2014 New York Auto Show.

Pricing has not been announced by the automaker yet.

Jaguar's 2014 XK coupe is sold for a base price of $85,395, including an $895 shipping fee.

The limited-edition model is spun off the 510-horsepower Jaguar XKR.

The automaker confirmed that just 25 coupes and 25 convertibles will be produced.

All vehicles will be painted Ultimate Black with special trim and the Performance Pack and Dynamic Pack are both standard.

The Dynamic Pack comes with a number of features like a large rear spoiler, a rear diffuser, and special side sills.

Jaguar's Performance Pack adds Jet suede cloth steering wheel, a performance exhaust system, and performance seats.

The Jaguar XK will likely compete with similar vehicles like the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray and the BMW 6 Series.

The convertible option comes with a black top, and a louvered hood, according to Jaguar.

Interested customers can expect the special vehicle to come equipped with the supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
