With just a little less than two weeks until "Man of Steel" officially hits theaters, Warner Bros. Pictures has released the newest trailer for one of the most anticipated movies of the summer.

The previous trailer featured a terrifying message from General Zod, played by Oscar-nominee Michael Shannon, who threatens to destroy Earth if Superman doesn't turn himself over.

"Your world has sheltered one of my citizens. He will look like you, but he is not one of you," Zod says to the people of Earth in the trailer. "To those of you who know of his location, the fate of your planet rests in your hands."

In the new trailer, Superman has been captured and he is seen trying to warn Earth that they have bigger problems to worry about.

"You're scared of me because you can't control me," said Superman in the new trailer. "But that doesn't mean I'm your enemy."

The Superman film reboot also stars Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Russell Crowe as Jor-El, Kevin Costner as Jonathan Kent, Diane Lane as Martha Kent and Laurence Fishburne as Perry White according to IMDB.

Director Zack Snyder, known for movies like "300" and "Watchmen" recently revealed a huge Easter Egg in "Man of Steel": the Wayne Enterprises logo will appear on a satellite that Zod destroys according to Mstars.

Multiple media outlets have reported that the logo could mean that DC is planning a movie featuring both Batman and Superman, similar to the way "The Avengers" movie was set up.

The new film is scheduled to be released in the U.S. on June 14.

So what do you think of the new trailer? Did WB give away too much of the plot, or will you be reserving your tickets tonight?
