The 2018 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 is definitely making people talk! It has been recently spied with what seems to be a bump resting under its hood. Onlookers and pretty much everyone else try to question what it is, and until now it seems to be a never-ending guessing game.

The 2018 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1's latest prototype as earlier reported has been recently spied. It appeared to be hiding a bulge under its hood and it is very noticeable even under the heavy camouflage. The Corvette ZR1 is definitely the most potent and powerful in all of GM lineup.

A few months back, onlookers were treated with how its engines roar. It was some roar that translates to ultimate power. It roared to perfection, suggesting that it means strict business. A couple of months later, more details are made available in the form of this mysterious bulge.

No matter what it is, it surely is not just for the aesthetics of it. Given the fact that it is under the hood, it most likely has something to do with contributing more to its power and speed.

The ZR1 is expected to come in both coupe and convertible body styles. It is also expected a choice between a seven-speed Tremec manual transmission and GM's eight-speed automatic. The Corvette ZR1 is reported to be capable of producing 750-horsepower, which is definitely a big deal.

At present, its direct competitors such as McLaren, Mercedes-AMG, and Porsche don't have cars of this caliber. Or maybe they already have? Whether or not this has been surpassed, 750-horsepower is still potent as ever. It is still rated as a force to be reckoned with.

The 2018 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 suggests having more aggressive styling. It does appear to be more angular. Its pricing details have yet to be released and made official. With a range-topping vehicle such as the Corvette ZR1, its price is also expected to be range-topping.
