Porsche is at it again! It is again about to release an interesting car which is enough to make industry experts and car enthusiasts anxiously waiting. Enter the picture, 2018 Porsche Cayenne. Since its recent sighting, many are looking forward to what it can deliver as it officially gets released.

According to Auto Car, there are quite a number of times the 2018 Porsche Cayenne was spotted, but the most recent one makes it a little bit more available to spies. It is not as heavily camouflaged as before. This then gave onlookers a good idea of what to expect, at least in its exterior. There were also instances when spies saw it being tested in the Arctic Circle as part of cold weather testing.

From what was seen, it was observed that there are new underpinnings because the mule seen was used to test the chassis components and settings. It is also expected to have more aggressive front-end treatment and sleeker tail lights which look similar to Audi Q5 and Porsche Macan.

It is also reported that the 2018 Porsche Cayenne may get a smaller and more efficient engine since Porsche has produced a new range of turbocharged engines in its 911 range. More efficient engine is definitely a must as Audi Q7 is making waves for having such technology. If the Cayenne goes with the trend, it is expected to be one of the strongest players of its kind upon official release.

As added by Auto Blog, the latest trend in automotive design and type is fast-evolving and ever-changing. The latest theme is the creation of excellent and impressive SUVs to a coupe version. This was in a way pioneered by BMW X6. Porsche is next to join the trend. This is what the 2018 Porsche Cayenne is expected to be like.

The 2018 Porsche Cayenne's final production version is expected to retain a similar overall profile but with a much complete bodywork and Cayenne trimmings. As these spy shots are readily available, it suggests that the Cayenne may soon be making its first official public appearance and grand introduction.
