The phone will reportedly be 140.1mm long, 71.8 mm wide and 7.7mm thick, meaning it is longer than its predecessor, the Galaxy S3.

The phone weighs approximately 138 grams, or less than a pound, which is actually up from the previous phone as well, which is 133g, most likely because of the larger screen size.

The site also confirms that the 4.99-inch S4 will have an -core Exynos Octa 5410 SoC and a tri-core PowerVR 544MP3 GPU according to ExtremeTech.com. Interested customers can also expect 2GB of RAM, and a large 2,600 mAh battery.

The battery increase will reportedly help with the larger display setup and with LTE connectivity, which according to a U.K. mobile provider, the S4 will support. The iOS for the new phone will be Android 4.2.1 and it will use a Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection screen.

"[We] are hearing this week that the Samsung Galaxy S4 is being rumored to ship with an OS that is nearly a year old," Phil Schiller, Apple's chief marketing executive said to Reuters. "Customers will have to wait to get an update."

Other confirmed specs so far include eye tracking text technology, which will be demonstrated tonight in New York City at Radio City Music Hall according to Bloomberg News.
