"Battlefield 1: They shall not pass" promises more gore and gets even bloodier. The game is also even more challenging even to the seasoned and accomplished players. This then adds to the excitement as one will not get tired playing this game right away unlike others.

According to Polygon, the multiplayer release introduces a key component that was missing from the original game. The "Battlefield 1: They shall not pass" will include the French Army as an important addition. Since it will revolve around World War I, it is just fitting to include the French army as the battle mostly happened on French soil.

The "Battlefield 1: They shall not pass" is reported to be satisfying as it will have French voices. To add to the authenticity are uniforms and weapons used during this era. The French landscape will also be showcased as part of the game. Since there were about 1.4 million French soldiers who perished during the World War 1, the game does it simply to pay tribute to the lost lives.

According to DICE spokesperson, the company wanted to do full justice to France by introducing the nation's effort to its downloadable content. This will then give some type of comfort to French players for feeling important as their country is now part of the game.

The "Battlefield 1: They shall not pass" is also attributed to the French general Robert Nivelle. They shall not pass is Ils Ne passeront pas! In French so DLC definitely went all out with the French theme. It is said the general raised the cry during the horrifying Battle of Verdun.

This plays an important role in "Battlefield 1: They shall not pass" as there are two operations on offer. One is called "The Devil's Anvil" and the other operation as "Beyond the Marne" with each having two maps.

The "Battlefield 1: They shall not pass" is out on PlayStation4, Windows PC, and Xbox One on March 14, 2017 for Premium Pass holders. A later date is scheduled for everyone else on March 28, 2017. As added by Droid Report, there is also a two-hour downtime schedule for the game. Downtime for Xbox begins at 5 am PT/8am ET and PC would start 1 am PT/ 4 am ET. PlayStation 4 then begins 3 am PT/6 am ET.
