2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Gets Some Refresh In Malaysia

2017 Mitsubishi Outlander has just been updated in Malaysia. The refreshed Outlander now has several improvements on the exterior and interior for additional safety features, comfort, convenience and style.

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia has launched a refreshed version of the 2017 Outlander. The new crossover has upgraded its interior and exterior.

The refreshed Outlander now comes in additional color variants: Red Metallic, Gray Metallic and White Pearl. The other original color options were still retained.

As for the exterior upgrades, the new version now has a sunroof that comes with an anti-pinch safety feature. The refreshed Outlander has a new shark fin antenna too.

With regard to the interiors, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia has done several updates. It seems that the automaker wanted to offer better access for passengers. The additional cabin floor illumination feature may now be enjoyed by passengers.

The leather upholstery is now a standard feature too. In addition, seats are now styled in leather, which comes with a heater function as well.

The refreshed 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander now comes with more automated functions. The interior now has the engine start/stop button, dual-zone auto climate control and cruise control. The new crossover has a touchscreen infotainment system, as well as the automatic wipers and headlights.

The refreshed Outlander now boasts of its electronic parking brake (EPB) which has replaced the traditional parking brake lever. It is also coming out handy with a keyless entry feature, AutoIndustriya reported.

Yang Won-Chul, Chief executive officer of Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, has previously said that he is very positive that the refreshed Outlander will capture the hearts of many car buyers in Malaysia. He also emphasized that the refreshed 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander will especially be liked because of its competitive price, stylish outlook, safety features and its goal to offer an "outstanding SUV for any Malaysian family," Malaymailonline has noted.
