Spoilers for episode 498 of "Naruto Shippuden" reveal it will feature an exciting adventure of finding a honey wine. Apparently, Shino and Kiba has thought of getting the same gift of honey wine for Naruto and his bride.

Honey wine has been known to be a wedding present as the Senju clans have done in the past. The thought of giving honey wine as a wedding present came from Kurenai, former teacher, who emphasized on the nutritional values and restorative qualities of this particular wine.
