The Xbox Game Pass is finally coming this Spring to Xbox One owners. It gives every Xbox One owner the ability to access more than a hundred games a month for only $9.99.

Somehow, it feels like Xbox is the gift that keeps on giving. First, fans were rewarded with the Xbox Live Gold. Now, the Xbox Game Pass is paving the way for a better gaming future.

According to reports, the list of titles will consist of both Xbox One and Xbox 360 games. It was earlier this week when Xbox head, Phil Spencer, announced the Game Pass.

"Today, we're continuing our commitment to give you more options to diversify and expand your library of games with Xbox Game Pass, a new gaming subscription service coming later this spring. Xbox Game Pass gives you unlimited access to over 100 Xbox One and backward compatible Xbox 360 games - all for $9.99 per month," Spencer wrote on Xbox's website.

A few selected members of the Xbox Insider Program in the Alpha Review program will be the few lucky ones who get to test the Xbox Game Pass. It will feature a limited number of titles.

For those who are wondering, the Game Pass will be a different service from the PlayStation Now. It will not be a streaming service.

Instead, it will be similar to Xbox's very own EA Access service. Every subscriber will download the game to their hard drive itself. This will allow players to enjoy the game without any internet connection.

Not only that, but subscribers will also be given a 20 percent discount off the titles in the service if they wish to purchase them. The company will also give an additional 10 percent discount off add-ons.

According to a report released by Gearnuke.com, Preview members has listed A Kingdom for Keflings, Banjo-Kazooie, Comic Jumper, Dark Void, Defense Grid 2, Gears of War Judgement, Gears of War Ultimate Edition, Halo: Spartan Assault, Hexic 2 , Jetpac Refuelled, and Kameo in the list of current games available. Aside from that, Max: The Curse of Brotherhood, Monday Night Combat, Ms. Splosion Man, Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising, Perfect Dark Zero, Sacred 3, Sam & Max Beyond Time are also on the list.

Additionally, Sunset Overdrive, The Maw, Viva Pinata, Halo 5: Guardians, Saints Row 4, Mad Max, NBA 2K16, Lego Batman, Mega Man Legacy Collection, Terraria, Payday 2, Fable 3, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 are also available. For $9.99 a month, the list of titles subscribers can get from the Xbox Game Pass is completely worth it.
