Asus ZenBook Flip is set to be one of the best laptops in 2017. This ultra-thin, ultra-light convertible is a stylish laptop or a handy tablet. It is designed to be with you everywhere, all the time. On top of that, it gets $200 cheaper at the Microsoft Store.

According to PC World, Asus ZenBook Flip comes with Core m CPU that slips 4.5W of juice and it doesn’t require a fan. This allows Asus to focus more on the thickness and the weight of the laptop. It is 0.54 inches thick and it weighs 2.8 pounds. It has 13-inch IPS panel with touch support that offers wide viewing angles and has a sharp picture with great colors. The Asus ZenBook Flip has a brushed-aluminum lid, but plastic everywhere else.

The 360 hinge is sturdy and shows no flex when you open or close the device. The keyboard on the other side feels a little cheap. Aside from that, the notebook feels more expensive than it actually is. On the connectivity side, the ZenBook Flip comes with two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, one USB-C 5Gbps port, a mini-HDMI port, an SD card reader, and a headphone jack.

On the inside, the CPU is paired with 8GB of RAM and the buyer can choose either 256GB or 512GB M.2 SATA 6Gbps storage drive. Asus ZenBook Flip can handle multitasking really well. It competes with more powerful rivals and some of the best laptops in 2017 such as Yoga 910 or HP Spectre X360, but it costs a lot less while doing 99 percent of what the more expensive laptops can.

MS Poweruser reported that one of the best laptops in 2017 has had its price slashed. The Asus ZenBook Flip UX360CA is $200 off at the Microsoft Store, which puts it on sale at only $499. Despite the upcoming successor, the ZenBook Flip is still a great value for the money.
