The iPad Pro 2 was set to launch next month. This would have been one of Apple's most important releases for the year as it was set to go up against the Microsoft Surface Pro 5.

According to Techno Buffalo, rumors suggested Apple was set to launch a whole range of iPads for next month. This included a 9.7-inch iPad, a 10.5-inch iPad Pro, and a 12.9-inch iPad Pro 2. A new report has recently debunked these rumors. It is now believed that the new iPad will launch sometime in May or June.

The new iPad Pro 2 will have significant improvements over its predecessor. The Cupertino tech giant will allegedly improve the cameras of its next-gen iPads. A new 12-megapixel rear-facing camera could be a part of the new iPad's package. In addition, the front-facing selfie camera will also see improvements. According to Value Walk, some reports suggest that it will be capable of 5-megapixels.

The new iPad's processor will be the A10X processor. This is similar to the A10 Fusion that was available in the iPhone 7 series. The new iPad's will obviously be much more powerful.

Some reports also suggest that Apple will give the new iPad OLED technology. However, this is unlikely considering that this will also be available for the iPhone 8. The newest iPhone is giving the tech company a big enough challenge with finding enough OLED sources to meet the demands for their latest smartphone.

Finally, some suggestions have been going around that the new iPad may feature a flexible display and maybe even a foldable screen. Considering that some sources believe this is Apple's answer to the Microsoft Surface Pro 5, this could be very possible.

We won't be seeing the new iPad Pro 2 next month. However, a new iPhone SE may launch next month that comes with 128 GB of storage. In addition, the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will also be getting a new red color.
